Binding Arbitration Agreement

  • Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@hausly.ai within 30 days of your first use of the App.

If this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Permission to Use

Subject to the disclaimers above, users are granted permission to use the information, valuations, comps, and templates provided by the App for the purpose of protesting property tax appraisals with relevant authorities.
