Binding Arbitration Agreement

- No Class Actions: All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
- Governing Law: The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Costs of Arbitration: The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
- Decision Final and Binding: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@hausly.ai within 30 days of your first use of the App.
If this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Permission to Use
Subject to the disclaimers above, users are granted permission to use the information, valuations, comps, and templates provided by the App for the purpose of protesting property tax appraisals with relevant authorities.
